Cancellation Policy

General Terms & Policies: By purchasing or enrolling in any service, digital product, course, coaching program, or membership offered by Top Creative LLC, the "Business," you, the "Client" agree to the following universal terms: 1. All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of products and services, all sales are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing for a specific offer. If Client is more than 15 minutes late for a service, it will be considered a No-Show, and the service will be forfeited without refund. 2. No Guarantees Results are not guaranteed. Client transformation depends on participation, decisions, mindset, and commitment. While many clients experience profound growth, the Business does not guarantee specific outcomes. 3. Confidentiality By working with the Business, Client acknowledges and agrees that all names and identifying details will remain confidential, while general experiences or insights from interactions may be shared as educational media. 4. Respectful Participation By joining any program or space, Client agrees to show up respectfully and responsibly. Business reserves the right to remove access to any service or program without refund if behavior is abusive, disruptive, or in misalignment with the energy of the container. 5. Access & Delivery Access to digital materials and coaching is delivered via the platform specified in the offer. It is Client's responsibility to provide accurate contact information and check for communication. Business is not responsible for missed access due to user error. 6. Payment Plans If a payment plan is selected, Client is committing to the full amount and is responsible for completing all payments on time. Failure to fulfill a payment plan may result in loss of access and collections action. 7. Copyright & Intellectual Property All materials, teachings, workbooks, videos, and audio recordings are the intellectual property of the Business. They may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written consent. 8. Updates & Changes Business reserves the right to update prices, offers, and terms at any time. Any changes will be reflected on the sales pages and checkout terms before purchase. By purchasing, booking, or enrolling in any offer, You, the "Client," confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these general policies.
