Squats - 3 sets of 12
Single leg romanian deadlift (variation) - 3 sets of 20
Courtsey lunges - 3 sets of 20
Straight leg deadlift - 3 sets of 10
Abdominal work: repeat 3 times
10 Rocking planks - hold a plank, rock forward and backward
10 Shoulder taps
10 Rocking planks (again)
10 Mountain climbers
Downward dog stretch - hold for 5 breaths
Now repeat the cycle two more times!
