Your Reality is a Reflection of Your Old Identity
Ever feel like everything’s going wrong all at once? Like the universe is testing your patience? I know it’s tempting to get wrapped up in those negative circumstances, but here’s the truth: what you see around you is just your "old identity" trying to stay alive. The key to physically manifesting your desires is to ignore reality and respond from your mindsight, not your eyesight.

Shift from Eyesight to Mindsight
Your old identity is essentially your default vibration. It’s comfortable for you to stay this way, but ultimately it's holding you back. As you start to focus on improving yourself and shift your mindset, your old self will try to cling on to you, trying to drag you back to zero. It will do this through triggering negative circumstances. This is where you need to shift from responding to what you see in the physical world to what you see in your inner vision. Start reacting from your ideal state.
The challenges you're facing are just one way you will be tested, but when you prove to yourself that your inner state is really changed, that is when the external reality will follow.
2 Steps To Being Delusional: Deny & Remember
In the world of manifestation, there’s no middle ground. You either believe in your new reality, or you don’t. You’re either embodying your higher self, or you’re not. Entertaining doubts will only keep you stuck in your old vibration and delay your gratification way longer. So, what do you do when everything feels like it’s going wrong?
Deny & Remember.
Deny the old perception of how your current reality is affecting you. Take on a different approach. And remember who you truly are. You’re not just manifesting specific outcomes, you’re manifesting the identity of the person who naturally attracts those outcomes.
Tools to Stay Aligned with Your Next Level Self
One of my favorite practices is writing down my self-concept and tapping into it as frequently as possible. Whenever I feel off off balance or low vibe for whatever reason, I read it to remind myself of who I am. At this point I have them memorized so I don't need to carry around a piece of paper with me all the time anymore. Affirmations aren’t just words, they’re tools to help you reprogram your subconscious mind.
Another powerful tool is finding a positive distraction. Engage in fun activities or set new goals that resonate with your new vibration. Imagine what you’d be doing if your external reality already matched your inner self-concept. You’d be enjoying life, right? So, when something goes wrong, treat it like a minor glitch—no need to panic. Just trust that everything is aligning perfectly behind the scenes.
Transmute Anxiety into Excitement
Focus on the opportunities that are coming to you right now. Use the law of polarity to flip the script on your limiting beliefs. When you feel anxiety creeping in, transform it into excitement. Instead of worrying about what could go wrong, focus on the magical possibilities that are coming your way.
Embody Your True Identity
You are not someone who struggles or complains. You are someone who things work out for, even when the path seems unstable and unpromising. That’s the power of your true identity. Stay focused on who you are now—your inner world, your higher self—and watch as your external reality begins to reflect that. 🦋
So, the next time you feel like your world is falling apart, remember: ignore “reality” as it is and persist in your manifestations. Deny the effect of the circumstances, and remember who you are, remember what is coming. The universe is always conspiring in your favor.
